Your work directly impacts the reliability and trustworthiness of software used by thousands of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Validate CQC compliance requirements and care sector workflows
- Collaborate with developers and product team on quality improvements
- Monitor production issues and support incident response
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of QA or testing experience (SaaS or software platforms)
- Knowledge of MERN stack testing or JavaScript-based applications
- Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems
